- Craig Young (49 games) is set to play his 50th T20I for Ireland, becoming just the seventh player to reach 50 appearances for them in the men’s format; Young is currently on a seven-game wicket-taking streak – the longest of his career – across which he’s taken 16 wickets.
- Ishan Kishan (India) has scored at a strike rate of 200+ in each of his last two men’s T20I innings, the first time he’s managed to do so in the format; Kishan has a cumulative strike rate of 156 across his last five men’s T20I innings, his highest across any five-game span in the format.
- Harry Tector (Ireland) top-scored with 64 runs in the first game of this ongoing men’s T20I series against India and has now hit back-to-back half-centuries in the format; he will be looking to become just the second Ireland player to log three straight 50+ scores in men’s T20Is after Paul Stirling logged three straight in October 2019.
