  • Zimbabwe have lost their last 12 men’s ODIs against India, their longest losing streak against the Men in Blue in the format; the African team last won a match against India in June 2010, that match was also played at the Harare Sports Club.
  • Zimbabwe have won two of their last three men’s ODI matches, both of which were against Bangladesh; they had won only two of their 22 matches prior to this run in the format.
  • Zimbabwe won their recent multigame bilateral men’s ODI series against Bangladesh, the last time they won back-to-back series in the format was in April 2001.
